Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with solid expertise in Java Spring Boot Angular and TypeScript to lead a team of developers in building scalable and high performing web applications
- The ideal candidate should possess hands on technical expertise along with proven leadership experience enabling them to drive project delivery mentor team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

- Lead and guide a team of Java and Angular developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with business teams architects and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design develop and maintain enterprise grade applications using Java Spring Boot Angular and related technologies
- Develop clean reusable and efficient code following coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality security and performance standards




- Troubleshoot application issues perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- Work closely with database teams to design and optimize SQL queries and database structures
- Support application deployment integration and release management activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and maintainability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and development guidelines
- Mentor team members provide technical direction and support their professional development
- Monitor project progress allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of development activities
