The Collection Executive is mainly responsible for collecting daily/weekly/monthly savings from customers and ensuring timely collection. The role includes visiting customers at their homes or workplaces, collecting savings amounts, issuing receipts, maintaining proper collection records, and updating payment details. The Executive should also develop valuable customer relationships, follow up on missed collections, support new savings account/customer mobilization, and achieve the branch’s daily and monthly collection targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
