Location: Mohali, Punjab
Position: Quality Manager – BPO
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 4+ Years in BPO Quality / QA, with managerial or team-handling experience preferred

Salary: Best in the industry / As per experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for BPO operations
- Monitor and evaluate Voice, Chat & Email interactions
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, client requirements & compliance guidelines
- Develop and maintain quality scorecards and audit processes
- Conduct regular calibration sessions with Operations and Training teams
- Analyze QA trends, CSAT, FCR, AHT and other key quality metrics
- Identify performance gaps and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Drive coaching, feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly quality reports to management
- Identify training needs and work closely with the Training & Operations teams
- Support internal/client audits and ensure corrective action plans are implemented




- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance customer experience and operational performance

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
4+ years of relevant BPO Quality experience
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, scorecards & audit processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good command of MS Excel & reporting/MIS
Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, calibration and quality improvement techniques
Experience handling international BPO processes will be an advantage
Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
