6) Job Description :

Coordinate with the Sales Team for material requirements and customer order priorities.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors.

Follow up with vendors for material availability, delivery status, and dispatch.

Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Sales, Dispatch, and other departments for smooth order execution.

Maintain and update the Purchase Order and pending item status.

Regularly update the Sales Team regarding material availability and expected delivery dates.

Identify delayed/critical items and escalate them for timely action.





Ensure all purchase-related records and ERP updates are maintained accurately.

Key Skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Robust follow-up and vendor management skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP

Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities

Attention to detail and timely execution

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field

2–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Coordination

Experience in industrial products, machinery, or spare parts will be an advantage.
