Electronics Testing Engineer

We are looking for a dedicatedElectronics Testing Engineerto join our R&D; and production team. The candidate will be responsible for testing and validating all electronic boards manufactured under our Smartelex and SimpliFly product lines before they are released for customers.

Number of Positions: 01 only required.

Experience: Freshers –2 years in electronics testing, PCB debugging, embedded hardware validation, production testing or Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/- (In-hand per month). (CTC- 3,00,348 LPA-3,61,788 LPA). (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience)

Educational Qualification: Diploma(E&TC;), B.E(E&TC;), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

· Robust understanding of analog and digital electronics.

· Experience debugging multi-layer PCBs. Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, and datasheets.

· Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller-based hardware.

· Familiarity with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and Ethernet interfaces.

· Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and laboratory test equipment.

· Basic knowledge of firmware flashing and bootloaders.

· Experience in identifying hardware faults at the component level.

· Understanding of SMT assembly processes and common manufacturing defects.

· Experience with soldering and PCB rework is an advantage.

· Experience with RF, GPS, drone electronics, or flight controllers is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:





· Perform functional testing and validation of all production PCBs before dispatch.

· Execute production test procedures and maintain detailed test records.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures at the component and circuit level.

· Debug embedded hardware, microcontroller-based systems, and communication interfaces.

· Identify manufacturing defects such as soldering issues, incorrect component placement, damaged tracks, or faulty components.

· Work with the R&D; team to resolve hardware issues and implement corrective actions.

· Develop, improve, and maintain testing procedures, test jigs, and automated test setups.

· Operate multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DC power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.

· Verify firmware programming and perform functional validation after flashing.

· Coordinate with the production team to improve product quality and manufacturing yield.

· Analyze recurring production issues and recommend process improvements.

· Maintain testing reports, quality records, and failure analysis documentation.

· Support validation of new products before mass production.

· Ensure every board leaving production meets company quality standards.
