About The Role

We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Vilvah and support front office and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and guests professionally.
- Manage the front desk, calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Handle visitor entries, couriers, and mail coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, and visitor arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support HR/Admin with day-to-day office activities.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in Reception,



Front Office, Hospitality, Admin, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a qualified and welcoming attitude.
- Strong hospitality and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
