We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic professionals who are eager to learn evolving industry requirements and train fresh engineering graduates to become industry-ready Automation Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training on Industrial Automation technologies.
2. Train students on PLC Programming, SCADA Systems,HMI Development, VFD, Industrial Communication Protocols etc
3. Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and project-based learning activities.
4. Ensure students gain a strong understanding of both theoretical and practical concepts.
5. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during training sessions.
6. Mentor, coach, and motivate students to achieve career success.




Maintain training documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Exp: 1-5 years

Required Skills
1. Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation systems and applications.
2. Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Industrial Instrumentation.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
4. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
5. Solid mentoring and interpersonal skills.
6. Good organisational and documentation abilities.
7. Passion for teaching, training, and student development.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Industrial Automation/Related Engineering Disciplines
