Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain diamond stock and inventory.
- Record all diamond inward and outward movements.
- Check diamond stock as per shape, size, colour, clarity, and quantity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and QC teams.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock checking and reconciliation.
- Track diamond transfers, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Ensure proper documentation and safe handling of diamonds.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in diamond inventory / jewellery industry.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and their specifications.
- Valuable computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain proper stock records.
