About the Role
Inclits Core Ventures Pvt. Limited, a growing real estate company, is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to planned specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or material requirements to management.
- Maintain daily site reports and records.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and safe condition.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction/real estate role.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
- Ability to coordinate and manage workers and contractors.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Willingness to work at construction sites in and around Guwahati.
