Job Description – Service Engineer (Delhi Location)

Position: Service Engineer
Location: Delhi (area of support - North region)
Reporting To: HOD - Service Department

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience

- 2 to 4 years of relevant field experience (flexible by ±2 years based on candidate suitability).

Desired Technical Background

Candidates with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of equipment such as:

- Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD)
- X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems (XBIS)
- Xerox/Copier Machines
- Elevators & Escalators
- Weighing Machines
- UPS / Stabilizers
- Similar electronic or electromechanical equipment





Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Site surveys and technical assessments.
- Equipment demonstration and customer training.
- Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance support.
- Coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service closure.
