Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Assistant Engineer – Civil with hands-on experience in high-rise residential building projects and strong exposure to Mivan/Aluminium Shuttering systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections for civil and structural works at various stages of construction.
- Monitor Mivan/Aluminium Shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and project specifications.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering dimensions, line, level, alignment, cover, embedments, and openings before concreting.
- Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections and maintain proper inspection records.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IR), Checklists, Quality Reports, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed within the required timelines.
- Monitor concrete quality, including cube sampling, slump tests, and related testing procedures.
- Coordinate with laboratories for material testing and maintain test reports.
- Verify quality of incoming construction materials as per approved specifications.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QA/QC records, test reports, inspection reports, and quality documentation.




- Identify recurring quality issues and support the team in implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures for high-rise building construction.
- Practical experience in Mivan/Aluminium Shuttering systems.
- Good knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of ITP, Method Statements, Inspection Checklists, NCR, and Quality Documentation.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with high-rise residential / premium residential projects.
- Hands-on exposure to Mivan/Aluminium Formwork construction.
- Candidates currently working on high-rise projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
