Senior Social Media & Personal Branding Strategist

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Personal Branding Strategist who can help us grow our digital presence through solid content and smart social media strategies. This is an in-house role focused on organic growth, content strategy, engagement and brand building across LinkedIn and Instagram.

What You'll Do

- Create social media strategies to improve reach, engagement and followers.
- Plan content for posts, reels, carousels, stories and thought-leadership content.
- Decide what to post, who we are speaking to and what will work best.
- Track content performance and improve the strategy based on results.
- Follow social media trends and find new ideas for growth.
- Build and improve personal branding and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

- 1.5–2+ years of relevant experience in social media strategy, organic growth or personal branding is preferred.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates can also apply if they have a strong portfolio and are confident in their skills.




- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Strong content sense and understanding of what makes people click, watch, engage and follow.
- Ability to think strategically, not just post content.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Experience working with brands, founders, creators or business leaders is a plus.

Good to Have

- Experience growing a social media page organically.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn personal branding and Instagram Reels.
- A portfolio or case studies showing your work and results.

Important
This is an in-house role. We are looking for someone who wants to build and grow our own social media presence, not someone focused mainly on client projects, paid campaigns or routine social media management. If you enjoy finding ideas, building strategies, creating content direction and growing pages, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
