About the Role
Zouk is looking for an experienced Printing Supervisor / Printing Executive to manage day-to-day printing operations and ensure smooth, efficient production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with printing machinery, machine maintenance, production planning, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Printing Department and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Operate and maintain Impress Fusing Machine for jute fabric.
- Operate Mimaki and Epson printing machines.
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Plan and allocate daily production activities and resources.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor the printing team.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and other teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and workplace discipline standards.
- Monitor production output and resolve operational issues on a timely basis.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in printing operations,
preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Impress Fusing, Mimaki, and Epson printing machines.
- Strong knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in production planning and team handling.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
