Job Description

A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Kadi, Gujarat is looking for a dedicated and responsible Medical Officer (BAMS / BHMS) to join its clinical team.

The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing day-to-day patient care, monitoring patients, assisting consultants and ensuring smooth clinical operations within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care.
- Attend to OPD/IPD patients and monitor their clinical condition.
- Take patient history, check vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
- Conduct regular rounds and monitor patients admitted under the hospital.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide initial management of emergency cases and escalate to the concerned consultant when required.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any change in clinical condition promptly.
- Assist consultants with clinical procedures and patient management.




- Ensure proper documentation of patient treatment and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols and patient-safety standards.
- Participate in rotational shifts and emergency duties as required.

Eligibility

- BAMS or BHMS qualification from a recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Hospital experience in IPD, Emergency, ICU or multi-speciality settings will be an advantage.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Pay: ₹110.00 - ₹180.00 per hour
