Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Executive to handle daily logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination of pickups, deliveries, consignment tracking, and ERP updates. The ideal candidate should have good experience in logistics operations, team coordination, and communication with drivers, customers, air agents, and train agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule the pickup and delivery of goods.
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation and receipt of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, air agents, and train agents.
- Coordinate operations team to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
- Track & monitor the consignments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Making the consignment bookings on ERP system & maintain the transportation entries in ERP
- Identify challenges in the logistics process
- Propose and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions to enhance operations.
- Maintain a good working relationship with personnel at all levels and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Logistics & Transportation operations or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage shift operations and handle operational pressure.
- Basic knowledge of ERP entries and consignment tracking.
- Comfortable working in weekly rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
