Profile: Computer Operator(Back office)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Letter typing work in English & Gujarati.
- Formatting, scanning, printing, and documentation of official records.
- Drafting professional emails and correspondence.
- Maintaining project files in both soft copy & hard copy formats.
- Preparing bills and reports as directed by the reporting officer.
- Coordinating document scanning and submission as required.
- Supporting MIS reporting and data entry tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Qualification: BA / BCom / BCA / BBA / MA / MCom / Any Graduate
- Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
- Open Positions: 3
- Salary: Up to 2.64 LPA

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Typing speed: 20 WPM with 85%+ accuracy.
- Familiarity with Windows 7 & 10 operating systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.




- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
