We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual design requirements for our digital media, YouTube channels, social media platforms, campaigns, and branding activities. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

- Lead and execute creative designs for YouTube thumbnails, channel branding, video templates, and promotional creatives.
- Design engaging social media posts, posters, banners, campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts based on content, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling designs that improve audience engagement and click-through rates.
- Work closely with the Content, Social Media, Video Editing, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain consistency across all brand and digital communication materials.
- Review and guide the work of junior graphic designers when required.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet daily/weekly deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, typography, layouts, and visual styles.




- Prepare designs in different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development to final delivery.
- Ensure all final creatives meet quality and brand standards.
- Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop ,Adobe Illustrator CorelDraw Indesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent skills in creating social media creatives.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually strong designs.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a media house, digital agency, advertising agency, or content-driven organization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, thumbnails, branding, campaigns, and digital designs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
