MindVector Technologies LLP is looking for a Technology Solutions Engineer who will support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of various digital and cloud-based solutions offered by the company.
The candidate will work from the office in Gurugram and may be required to visit client locations for technical support, installation, and solution deployment.
This role is ideal for young engineers who want exposure to multiple technologies such as cloud, web platforms, cybersecurity tools, and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Implementation
- Assist in implementing technology solutions such as Antivirus, Firewall, email systems, endpoint security, cybersecurity tools, and automation solutions.
2. Installation & Client Support
- Visit client locations when required for solution installation, technical setup, and troubleshooting.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
3. System Setup & Configuration
- Configure and manage domains, DNS settings, hosting, WordPress websites, business email systems, and cloud-based applications.
4. Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners.
- Ensure smooth functioning of deployed solutions.
