You'll be the person customers talk to when they're planning food for an event. You listen to what they need, recommend the right menu, and help them book it on the app.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Talk to customers about their event - guest count, occasion, budget and taste
- Recommend the right menu and guide them from browsing to booking on the app
- Keep customer and order details updated in the CRM
- Stay in touch with the operations team so every event runs smoothly through to delivery
YOU'LL BE A EXCELLENT FIT IF YOU
- Genuinely enjoy food, different cuisines, and figuring out what works for an occasion
- Can talk comfortably in Telugu and English
- Are warm and patient on calls, the kind of person people find easy to talk to
- Know how to guide someone to a decision without being pushy
- Are self-driven, pick things up fast, and are comfortable with CRM tools
- Have some background in sales, tele-calling, hospitality or food service - bonus, not required
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
