- Order Tracking: Monitor goods in transit and fix delivery delays.
- Inventory Control: Check stock levels and record incoming or outgoing items.
- Vendor Management: Talk to suppliers and negotiate freight rates.
- Documentation: Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and compliance papers.
- Problem Solving: Fix damaged packages, missing items, or route blocks
