Key Responsibilites

1. HR Team Management & Leadership :

 Lead, manage, and mentor the HR team.

 Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly HR activities.

 Set KPIs and performance objec ves for HR team members.

 Conduct regular team mee ngs and performance reviews.

 Guide team members in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, a endance, and HR operations.

 Review HR reports, trackers, employee records, and documentation on prepared by the team.

 Ensure the HR team meets recruitment and operational deadlines.

 Identify gaps in team performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance.

 Build a skilled, accountable, and collaborative HR team.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

 Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to employee joining.

 Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

 Prepare and update Job Descriptions for various positions.

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment.

 Conduct inital screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

 Manage salary nego a ons, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

 Track recruitment pipelines and ensure mely closure of open positions.

 Monitor recruitment performance and guide the HR recruitment team.

3. HR Operations

 Oversee day-to-day HR opera ons across the organiza on.

 Manage employee onboarding, documenta on, confirma on, transfers, promotions, and exits.

 Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

 Monitor a endance, leave, permissions, and employee regulariza on.

 Prepare and review HR MIS, headcount reports, a endance reports, and other management reports.





 Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across departments and locations.

4. Payroll & Compensation Coordination

 Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts/Finance team.

 Verify a endance, leave, LOP, incentives, deduc ons, reimbursements, and salary changes.  Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted within timelines.

 Handle employee salary and payroll-related queries.

 Coordinate salary revisions, increments, promotions, and incentive updates.

5. Performance Management

 Manage and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.

 Work with department heads to establish KRAs and KPIs.

 Monitor employee performance and iden fy performance gaps.

 Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, promotions, and salary revisions.

 Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) wherever required.

 Maintain performance records and provide management with relevant reports.

6. Employee Rela ons & Grievance Handling

 Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

 Handle employee issues fairly, professionally, and confidentially.

 Investigate workplace concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.

 Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.

 Support managers in handling employee-related issues.

 Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.

7. HR Policies & Compliance

 Develop, implement,



and periodically review HR policies and procedures.

 Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies.

 Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

 Maintain required HR and statutory records.

 Communicate policy changes effec vely to employees.

 Recommend improvements to HR processes and policies.

8. Employee Engagement

 Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.

 Organize employee recognition and appreciation initatives.

 Conduct employee feedback and engagement surveys.  Develop initatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

 Support management in creating a positive workplace culture.

9. Learning & Development

 Identify training and development requirements.

 Coordinate internal and external training programs.

 Maintain training calendars and employee training records.

 Evaluate training effectiveness.

 Support employee career development initiatives.

10. Exit & Full & Final Settlement

 Manage employee resigna on and exit processes.

 Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.

 Coordinate clearance and handover processes.

 Coordinate Full & Final Settlement with the Accounts team.

 Ensure exit documenta on and employee records are completed properly.

11. HR MIS & Management Reporting

 Prepare regular HR reports for senior management.

 Track headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee performance.

 Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.

 Maintain recruitment and employee-related dashboards and trackers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
