We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant / Flight & Hotel Booking Executive to join our team.

The candidate should have positive knowledge of flight ticketing, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel packages, and itinerary planning, along with strong customer-handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Domestic & International flight ticket booking and ticketing
- Hotel booking and reservation management
- Providing visa assistance and basic visa-related guidance
- Preparing travel packages and customized itineraries
- Handling customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable travel options
- Handling travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Converting enquiries into bookings and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining proper records of bookings and customer details

Requirements





- Previous experience in travel agency / ticketing / travel consultancy preferred
- Good knowledge of flight and hotel booking procedures
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel will be an advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales-oriented approach and ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Basic computer knowledge
- Candidates with knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS systems will be preferred

A responsible, confident, and hardworking candidate who can independently handle flight & hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel planning, and customer dealing.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
