Your work profile

- Monitor and support Azure Integration Services environments, including Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for integration applications and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor application health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Manage and resolve message processing failures, API errors, connectivity issues, and workflow failures.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure,



and business teams during incident resolution.
- Participate in on-call support and rotational shifts to ensure 24x7 availability.
- Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Support deployment activities and post-release validation.

Key skills required

- 5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Azure Support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid/Event Hub, Azure Storage Accounts
- Experience with monitoring tools such as: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow & JIRA.
