Position Freelance ERP Developer Or Technical ERP Expert

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Compensation: ₹6–15 LPA (Based on Experience & Expertise)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance ERP Developer to support DRC in the development, customization, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of our CSP ERP system.

The ideal freelancer should have robust hands-on experience in ERP application development, database development, ERP customization, SQL programming, API integration, report development, and technical troubleshooting.

The candidate should preferably have experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing or process-based industries, particularly Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemical, Paints/Resins, Silicon, or similar manufacturing industries.

The freelancer will work closely with DRC's internal team and ERP users to understand technical requirements, develop solutions, implement enhancements, resolve technical issues, and complete assigned ERP development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, enhance, and maintain ERP applications and modules.
- Develop ERP functionalities based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects.
- Perform database development, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Develop customized ERP reports, MIS, dashboards, and data extraction tools.
- Develop and maintain APIs and third-party application integrations.
- Customize existing ERP functionalities as per approved requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP application, database, integration, and performance-related issues.
- Analyze technical issues and provide effective and sustainable solutions.
- Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and post-deployment support.




- Conduct technical testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with external ERP vendors whenever technical support or system-level intervention is required.
- Support ERP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and technical changes.
- Ensure data integrity, database performance, system security, and proper access controls.
- Develop technical documentation for customized modules, reports, APIs, and system changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ERP users wherever required.
- Identify opportunities for ERP automation and process digitization from a technical perspective.
- Work from the DRC Malad West office as required for development, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and coordination.
- Complete assigned development tasks within mutually agreed timelines.

Candidate Profile Criteria Requirement

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of relevant ERP Development experience.

ERP Experience:
Experience with CSP ERP preferred. Experience with other Manufacturing ERP systems will also be considered.

Industry Experience:
Manufacturing / Process Industry experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Industry Background:
Experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemical, Paints/Resins, Silicon, or similar manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Database Development, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, APIs, ERP Customization, Debugging, and Troubleshooting.

Reporting Tools:
Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred.

Integration Skills:
Experience in API Development, Third-Party System Integration, Data Integration, and Automation.





Database Skills:
Strong knowledge of Database Architecture, Query Optimization, Database Objects, and Performance Tuning.

Testing & Deployment:
Experience in Application Testing, Debugging, UAT Support, Deployment, and Post-Implementation Support.

Preferred Experience -

- Prior experience working as a Freelance ERP Developer / ERP Developer / ERP Technical Consultant will be an advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP application development and customization.
- Experience in manufacturing ERP development will be highly preferred.
- Experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemical, Paint/Resin, Silicon, or similar process industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database development.
- Experience in developing stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, reports, and database objects.
- Experience with API development and third-party integrations.
- Experience in ERP reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Freelance Engagement Terms & Conditions -

- This is a Freelance / Project-Based ERP Developer engagement and is not a regular permanent employment position.
- The freelancer will be engaged based on specific ERP development tasks, projects, customization requirements, integrations, technical support, or system enhancement activities.
- The freelancer may be required to work from the DRC office at Malad West, Mumbai, depending on the nature of the assignment.
- Commercial terms will be mutually discussed and finalized based on the freelancer's experience, technical expertise, complexity of the assignment, and project requirement.
- Payment may be structured on a per-day basis, task-wise basis, project-wise basis, or as mutually agreed.
