Production Planning

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per sales requirements.

Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.

Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Manufacturing Operations

Supervise all production activities including cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending, sieving, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure production follows approved formulations and SOPs.

Monitor production yield and reduce wastage.

Coordinate with maintenance for machine availability.

Quality & Food Safety

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.

Coordinate with the Quality Control team for raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspections.

Ensure product quality and consistency are maintained.

Inventory & Material Management

Coordinate with stores for timely availability of raw materials and packing materials.

Monitor production losses and improve material utilization.

Ensure proper stock control and reconciliation.





Team Management

Lead and supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and workers.

Prepare shift schedules and allocate manpower.

Train employees on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality practices.

Evaluate employee performance and productivity.

Maintenance & Safety

Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment.

Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic production environment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Investigate production incidents and implement corrective actions.

Cost & Productivity

Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Improve production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Reduce machine downtime, rework, and product wastage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
