About the Company

Atmasutra Institute of Career Development and Training (AICDT), a sub branch of Bzolutions Global Pvt Ltd, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telemarketers / Telecalling Executives to join our growing team at Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling and converting qualified leads generated by our Digital Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads provided by the Digital Marketing team.
- Explain our training programs, courses, and services to prospective students/clients.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status.
- Schedule appointments or direct qualified leads to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers through professional communication.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.




- Positive communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability over phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / Google Sheets).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits
