About the Role:

The Copy Head is a strategic thinker and a master storyteller who brings together campaign planning, creative strategy, and compelling copywriting. This role goes beyond the brief, crafting inspiring, insight-led campaigns that deliver measurable impact while shaping the creative voice of brands. You will lead and mentor a team of copywriters while driving ideas that cut through the clutter across digital and social ecosystems. Additionally, you will play a key role in contributing to and leading creative pitches for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Thinking & Writing:

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns- across social, digital, and content ecosystems
- Translate brand and creative strategy into powerful, effective communication
- Craft compelling narratives and storytelling across formats
- Ensure consistency, quality, and originality across all written outputs

Social Media Expertise:

- Optimize content (tone, messaging, language) based on audience behaviour and platform nuances
- Leverage social media insights (reach, engagement,



performance metrics) to refine content strategies
- Collaborate with analytics teams to continuously improve creative effectiveness

Leadership, Project Management & Pitches:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality creative work
- Collaborate with internal teams, client leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop strong concepts from brief to execution
- Drive creative excellence, ensuring timelines, quality, and strategic alignment are met
- Balance brand voice with consumer relevance and education
- Play a key role in new business pitches- from idea generation and storytelling to presentation of creative concepts
- Contribute to and lead pitch decks, campaign narratives, and big ideas for prospective clients
- Experience in delivering or contributing to large-scale, integrated, pan-India campaigns
