We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating high-quality leads through digital campaigns while actively sourcing leads through channel partners, builders, site visits, referrals, and other business development opportunities.

Salary: 25K to 35K, preferably if the candidate has hands on experience interior business.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved lead quality and reduced cost per lead.
- Generate business leads through builders, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Conduct site visits to apartment handover projects, construction sites, and builder locations to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners,



builders, and referral sources to generate consistent business leads.
- Meet with channel partners regularly to strengthen relationships and encourage continuous lead referrals.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups, improve lead quality, and maximize conversions.
- Handle basic website updates and manage CRM lead entries, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for builder meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
