About the Role

We’re looking for a Category Manager to build and grow our wellness and personal care categories. You’ll work closely with the founding team, R&D;, marketing, manufacturers, and supply chain.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute category growth strategies
- Identify consumer needs, market trends, and current opportunities
- Drive new product development from idea to launch
- Work with R&D;, formulators, and manufacturers
- Own product positioning, pricing, assortment, and lifecycle
- Partner with marketing on GTM, campaigns, and communication
- Analyse sales, customer feedback, margins, and product performance




- Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain teams

What We’re Looking For

- 8+years of experience in Category, Product, or Brand Management
- Experience in wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer health
- D2C, e-commerce, or retail experience preferred
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
- Experience in product development is a plus
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Pay: ₹1,250,000.00 - ₹1,350,000.00 per month
