Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a confident, energetic, and engaging Video Presenter to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in video presentation, content creation, anchoring, or a similar role will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and host videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Present educational content, course promotions, advertisements, and brand-related videos.
- Communicate information clearly and confidently in front of the camera.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and video editing teams.
- Follow scripts and content briefs while maintaining a natural and engaging presentation style.
- Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, interviews, and events.
- Create engaging short-form content based on current social media trends.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive on-camera presence.
- Take feedback and continuously improve presentation style.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to different types of content.

Requirements

- Experience as a Video Presenter, Content Creator, Anchor, Host,



or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong confidence and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Valuable pronunciation, voice modulation, and storytelling ability.
- Ability to explain topics in a easy and engaging manner.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
- Professional attitude and punctuality.

Preferred Skills

- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube videos is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video production and camera handling is a plus.
- Experience in the education or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
