- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in line with customer requirements and production targets.
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for solar module mounting structures, including fabrication, assembly, and finishing activities.
- Monitor production output, machine utilization, manpower productivity, material consumption, and production losses.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate material availability, production schedules, and shop-floor requirements to prevent production delays.
- Identify production bottlenecks, reduce downtime, minimize rejection and rework, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Implement standard operating procedures, process controls, and continuous improvement practices across production activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of production machines, tools, equipment, and material-handling systems.
- Monitor workplace safety, housekeeping, discipline, and compliance with applicable factory and safety procedures.




- Review production reports and key performance indicators and take corrective action when targets or quality standards are not achieved.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, engineering, maintenance, and dispatch functions to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
- Develop and maintain production plans, shift schedules, manpower requirements, and daily production records.
- Support cost-control initiatives by reducing material wastage, excess consumption, machine downtime, and avoidable production losses.
- Train and guide production personnel on processes, quality requirements, safety practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare regular production performance reports and provide management with updates on output, efficiency, quality, and operational issues.

Experience & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in module mounting structure factory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
