Area Sales Manager (FMCG)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Area Sales Manager to drive sales, corporate sales, and business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new customers, managing existing clients, and expanding the company's market presence in both retail and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in corporate sales and area sales segments.
- Identify, approach, and convert corporate clients and key accounts.
- Manage and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Manage dealers, distributors, and corporate accounts where applicable.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, field sales, or channel sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate client handling and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
