Job Description
Marikar Honda is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executives to join our Honda two-wheeler sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Honda two-wheelers, generating new leads, handling customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Honda two-wheelers to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, field marketing, digital platforms, referrals, and other promotional activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Honda models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and promotional schemes.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Conduct outdoor marketing and customer acquisition activities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and enquiry conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to work in field marketing and sales activities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
