Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support our HR team in day-to-day human resource activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees and different departments regarding HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities.




- Perform general administrative duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
