About the Role

Architecture Collective Co. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess strong visualization skills, and be capable of translating conceptual ideas into detailed architectural solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure across design development, client interactions, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits for documentation, supervision, and project monitoring.
- Develop architectural drawings, construction details, and design documentation.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
- Attend and participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, material selection, and design development.
- Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare presentations, reports,



and project documentation.
- Support the team in managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Mandatory Skills & Software Requirements

Candidates must have strong proficiency in 3D visualization and architectural representation software to effectively translate design concepts into compelling visual outputs.

- D5 Render
- V-Ray

- Lumion

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or any in any design relevant field.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methodologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
