About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function for our wealth management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and building a strong professional culture.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong people-management abilities, and preferably experience in the financial services, wealth management, banking, or investment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management for hiring.
- Hire professionals across wealth management, sales, relationship management, research, operations, and support functions.
- Develop and maintain effective HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and performance.
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering recruitment, attrition, attendance, performance, and employee strength.
- Support management in developing organizational structure, salary structures, and HR strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Promote a professional, ethical, and performance-driven work culture.

Candidates with experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, Investment Advisory

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or equivalent qualification preferred.
