Job Title: Store Executive (RM, PM & Dispatch)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Dispatch operations efficiently. The candidate will ensure proper inventory control, documentation, and timely dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management (RM & PM):

- Maintain accurate stock records of Raw Materials and Packing Materials
- Ensure proper storage as per company standards (FIFO/FEFO)
- Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment
- Handle inward & outward entries in system/software

2. Goods Receipt & Issuance:

- Verify materials received against PO and invoices
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, Issue slips)
- Issue materials to production as per requirement

3. Dispatch Management:

- Coordinate with production and logistics for timely dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way bill, Packing list)
- Ensure correct packing and labeling before dispatch




- Track shipments and maintain dispatch records

4. Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain stock registers and reports
- Ensure audit readiness and proper record-keeping
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines

5. Coordination:

- Work closely with Purchase, Production, and Accounts team
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / Any relevant field)
- 1–3 years of experience in store/warehouse handling
- Knowledge of inventory management & dispatch process
- Familiarity with ERP/software (e.g., Marg, Tally, Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

- Experience in Pharma / Nutraceutical / Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of batch-wise stock handling
