We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented IT Sales Executive to expand our client base, generate new business opportunities and drive sales through B2B field sales and client acquisition.
Position - IT Sales Executive – B2B Field Sales
Location- Nashik, Maharashtra
Experience 1–3 years
Salary ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities for Arch IT Solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research and field visits.
- Identify businesses that may require websites, mobile applications, customised software, AI solutions and other IT services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Present Arch IT Solutions’ services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand requirements and ensure appropriate solutions are proposed.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities for IT services.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in field sales and client meetings will be preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience with lead generation and client acquisition.
- Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new businesses.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Candidates with experience selling IT services/solutions will be preferred.
