Emerald Construction is looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and experienced Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, developing customer relationships, and converting enquiries into residential and commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a good understanding of the construction, real estate, or building industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present our construction services.
- Follow up consistently with enquiries and convert qualified leads into projects.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with property owners, architects, brokers, contractors, and business partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential project sources.
- Promote the company through digital marketing, social media, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to understand and communicate customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries,



follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Construction, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Strong customer relationship and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
