We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee multiple footwear stores and ensure smooth, profitable, and effective retail operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the Footwear Industry
- Proven experience managing multiple footwear retail stores
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of retail sales, store operations, and customer experience
- Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales and business objectives
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores
- Smart, professional, and highly accountable personality
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit and check all assigned stores
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, and productivity
- Ensure proper store operations and adherence to company SOPs
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Check inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and product availability
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions
- Train, guide, and motivate store teams to improve performance
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve escalations
- Prepare regular store visit and performance reports for management
- Ensure all stores maintain the required brand standards
- Open for travel
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has hands-on experience managing footwear stores, understands the footwear retail business, can independently conduct store audits/checks, and has the ability to drive teams and sales across multiple locations.
Candidates without footwear industry experience will not be considered.
