Maloo Finance is a Nagpur-based used vehicle financier operating across Nagpur, Wardha, Bhandara and Chandrapur districts. We finance used cars, SUVs and commercial vehicles, including customers that banks and large NBFCs turn away.

We are hiring one Field Sales Executive based in Hinganghat.

IMPORTANT: This role is only for candidates already living in Hinganghat or nearby towns. We do not relocate candidates. Applications from other cities will not be considered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Visit used car dealers and brokers in Hinganghat, Samudrapur, Wardha, Deoli and Warora

- Build and maintain a panel of 20-25 dealers you meet on a fixed weekly schedule

- Collect loan enquiries from dealers and submit complete case files to our Nagpur office

- Get loan agreements signed by customers

- Visit existing customers for payment follow-up when required

- Submit a daily visit report on WhatsApp

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

- You will NOT handle any cash. All customer payments go directly to the company bank account

- You will NOT make credit decisions. Our Nagpur office decides every case

- You will NOT do vehicle valuation. Our technical team handles this

REQUIREMENTS

- Must live in Hinganghat or a nearby town, with family living locally

- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence

- Fluent in Marathi (Varhadi) and Hindi





- Smartphone with WhatsApp

- Minimum 10th pass

- Willing to travel 60-80 km per day within the district

PREFERRED

- Experience in vehicle finance, microfinance, insurance or any field sales role

- Existing relationships with local car dealers or brokers

- Previous experience with Shriram Finance, Mahindra Finance, Cholamandalam, Bajaj Finance, TVS Credit or similar

WORKING CONDITIONS

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, Sunday weekly off

- Field-based role, reporting from the field

- Travel and business expenses reimbursed against bills

- 3 month probation with full training, no sales target during this period

- Fixed salary. There is no per-file commission or incentive, because we want quality cases, not volume
