1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Posting of all accounting entries for Africa-based group companies.
- Recording cash entries, ensuring correct allocation and documentation.
- Posting purchase entries, verifying invoices, GRNs, vendors, and supporting documents.
- Responsible for stock-related accounting entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Posting of Sales Entry.
- Maintaining ledgers, journals, and daily transaction logs with accuracy.
- Posting of Payment and Receipts Entries for Prime Harrvest Commodities Pte Ltd
- Maintaining Bill Discounting file for Prime Harrvest Commodities Pte Ltd
- Posting of Expense Entry for Prime Harrvest Commodities pte Ltd

2. Bank Payments & Reconciliation

- Managing bank payment processes end-to-end.
- Preparing, verifying, and posting bank payment entries into the accounting system.
- Coordinating with the bank for processing and confirmation of payments.
- Performing bank reconciliation regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

3. Africa Companies Accounting Support





- Coordinating with local teams for documentation, clarifications, and reporting.
- Providing Data required for filing statutory filing for Tanzania company

4. Bahari Accounting

- Posting and managing all accounting entries related to Bahari commodities.
- Preparing Data for GST and TDS Returns
- Finalization of Bahari Balance Sheet.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintaining proper documentation of vouchers, payment proofs, statements, and receipts.
- Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices

· Knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms

· ERP

· Knowledge of Import/Export Transaction

· Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Transaction

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
