Job Title: IT - Executive
Location: Ahmedabad – Changodar region
Key Responsibilities:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage IT hardware inventory, assets, warranties, and repairs.
- Install and manage software, updates, licenses, and antivirus.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT records and coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
