About Us
Cre-AID Labs is a fast-growing AI startup. We're hiring a hands-on Finance & HR Associate to help run the operational backbone of the company — split evenly between finance and people ops.
What You'll Do
Finance:
- Manage bookkeeping, invoices, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Support payroll processing and track budgets/spending
- Handle statutory compliance and filings (GST, TDS, PF/ESI)
- Prepare basic financial reports and coordinate with auditors/accountants
HR:
- Run recruitment coordination: postings, screening, interviews, offers
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and employee records
- Administer benefits, leave, and attendance
- Support HR policies, employee queries, and engagement activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business
- 1–3 years of relevant finance and/or HR experience (startup experience a plus)
- Comfortable with accounting/payroll software and Excel
- Familiar with basic labor law and statutory compliance
- Strong organization, communication, and discretion with confidential info
Nice to Have
- HRMS tool experience (Keka, Zoho People, etc.)
- Prior generalist role spanning both finance and HR
