Role Overview:
We’re looking for Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta,Linkedln and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving ROI, scaling ad performance, and generating quality leads or conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Monitor KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and audience targeting
Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad assets
Analyze performance reports and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven track record in scaling paid campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Ability to work with numbers, dashboards, and growth metrics
