Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to support client requirements, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients, designers, and production teams.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the digital printing or interior industry and be comfortable managing multiple projects, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into clear tasks for the relevant teams.
- Prepare quotations, project schedules, and regular status updates.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, artwork, and project timelines.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.




- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure projects meet expected quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Maintain strong and skilled relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in Digital Printing or Interior industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of branding and design concepts is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, designers, production teams, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai.

Compensation

CTC: As per industry standards, based on experience and suitability.
