Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dispatch Supervisor to manage and supervise daily dispatch operations at an Asian Paints warehouse in Tiruppur. The candidate should have strong experience in FMCG warehouse dispatch operations, team handling, vehicle coordination, and route planning.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of local routes and delivery locations across Tiruppur and nearby areas to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Plan and coordinate daily vehicle loading and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure accurate picking, checking, loading, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, loaders, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and allocate delivery routes based on delivery requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and system entries for all dispatches.
- Monitor vehicle loading, dispatch status, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely movement and delivery of materials.
- Handle urgent and priority dispatch requirements.
- Monitor dispatch discrepancies, shortages, damages, and delivery-related issues.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and prepare operational reports.
- Supervise and manage dispatch staff and loading teams.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for smooth order execution.
- Escalate delays,



operational issues, and vehicle-related concerns to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Dispatch/Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in FMCG warehouse operations is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tiruppur local routes and delivery locations is required.
- Experience in vehicle coordination, route planning, and dispatch management.
- Experience in handling warehouse workers, loaders, and drivers.
- Positive knowledge of dispatch documentation and warehouse processes.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/warehouse systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Paints, Consumer Goods, or Distribution Warehouse Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
