About the Role

We are hiring Patient Relationship Executives (Telecallers) who can communicate confidently with prospective patients, understand their concerns with empathy, and guide them throughout their journey with Rootland Cosmetic Clinic.

This role goes beyond regular telecalling. You will be responsible for managing the patient journey from the first enquiry through consultation, treatment follow-up, and post-operative follow-up.

Comprehensive training will be provided on our treatments, consultation process, communication standards, CRM, and patient handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new patient leads immediately after receiving enquiries through advertisements, online campaigns, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Understand each patient's concerns and requirements with empathy.




- Explain the clinic's consultation process clearly and confidently.
- Schedule consultation appointments and ensure proper appointment confirmation.
- Conduct regular and timely follow-ups to encourage patients to attend their scheduled consultations.
- Follow up with patients who miss appointments and assist them with rescheduling where appropriate.
- Stay in touch with patients after their consultation and follow up regarding their recommended treatment.
- Maintain communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate post-operative follow-ups and ensure patients remain connected with the appropriate clinic team after their procedure.
- Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp enquiries.
- Answer basic treatment-related questions after completing internal training.
- Maintain accurate lead and patient information using CRM/software.
- Update lead status, consultation status, follow-up dates, and treatment status accurately.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Work towards consultation booking and treatment conversion targets.
- Represent Rootland Cosmetic Clinic professionally during every patient interaction.

Required Skills

- Comfortable handling calls and communicating through WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and CRM software. Training will be provided where required.




- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards performance targets.
- Willingness to learn about cosmetic healthcare treatments and patient communication.

Languages

Candidates should be comfortable communicating in:

- Telugu
- English
- Hindi

Good communication skills across these languages will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
