Summary:
In the role of Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes engaging in detailed analysis and the design or redesign of business processes, as well as defining various organizational components. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding the function s needs and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and improvement of processes within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in documenting process flows and identifying areas for operational improvements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Ariba - CIG Consultant.

- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and organizational design concepts.
- Capability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deliver quality outcomes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
