As we expand our manufacturing footprint, we are seeking a energetic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, drive business growth, and build world-class manufacturing excellence.

Position Overview

The COO will lead the overall operations of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, projects, supply chain, quality, ESG, EHS, digital transformation, and strategic expansion. The role requires a seasoned manufacturing leader with strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and experience in scaling multi-site industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across Polymer Recycling and Circular Economy businesses.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Manage production, engineering, maintenance, utilities, quality, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and dispatch functions.
- Lead greenfield and brownfield expansion projects from planning through commissioning.
- Improve productivity, OEE, yield, quality, and manufacturing cost efficiencies.
- Develop annual operating plans, budgets, CAPEX, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, EHS, ESG, and ISO management systems.




- Drive digital transformation through ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT, automation, and manufacturing analytics.
- Build a high-performance leadership team through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
- Collaborate with customers, technology partners, government authorities, certification bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Support business growth, strategic partnerships, and future expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- MBA in Operations, General Management, or Finance is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Project Management, or Operational Excellence certifications are an advantage.

Experience

- 20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role (COO, Business Head, Plant Head, Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing multi-functional manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success in plant expansion, operational turnaround, cost optimization, and business scaling.
- Strong exposure to P&L; management and strategic planning.
